- FIRST: CONVECTION (Warm air, which contains invisible water vapor, rises.)
- SECOND: COOLING (Once the water vapor reaches higher parts of the atmosphere, the temperature drops.)
- THIRD: CONDENSATION (When water vapor cools, its molecules come closer together and it CONDENSES into liquid water -- tiny water droplets.)
- FOURTH: CLOUD FORMATION! (When enough TINY LIQUID WATER droplets form from condensation, you begin to see a cloud!)
